Trunk cable carrying many channels is connected to a Sharp Vision Channel Pass Filter. This channel Pass Filter will only allow specified band of channels at its output port and unwanted channels are not transmitted further.

The cable operator can use Sharp Vision’s Channel Pass Filter to give limited no. of channels to certain customers paying less subscription, so as to distinguish customers paying more subscription.
